Shipping Policy

Shipping Area & Rates

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada, excluding remote or Air Stage offices (see below).

 

Order Processing Times

We will make every effort to ensure that your order ships within 1 to 3 Business Days of ordering for all in stock items. Orders received after 5:00 pm (EST) will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.) The delivery date will depend on the shipping method chosen. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please use the Shipping Calculator on the Cart page to find estimates based on your location.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

 

Free Shipping

Nutribar.com offers Free Shipping on qualifying order values of $89 or greater (after all promotions/discounts have been applied, but before taxes).

Free Shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. Shipping costs include both postage and packaging materials.

 

Taxes

The applicable tax of 5 to 15%, depending on the province the package is being delivered to, is applied to the subtotal of purchases and shipping cost for all Canadian deliveries. Meal replacements and nutritional supplements are zero-rated for tax and will not be applied to your order. Snack bars are taxable.

International Shipping:

We’re sorry, but products on Nutribar.com can only be shipped and billed to Canada. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

 

Air Stage Locations

Canada Post defines an Air Stage Office as “a Post Office to or from which all mail must be airlifted for more than six months of every year as a viable surface transportation alternative is not available. These offices are generally confined to remote or isolated communities. On-Time Delivery Guarantee is not available for Air Stage offices.”

Note: During holidays and the holiday season, orders can be delayed beyond shipping times indicated.

Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.

 

Returns Policy

If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling).

  • Undeliverable address
  • No one available to accept the delivery
  • Order refused by the customer

Any product damages or missing items must be communicated to us within 1 business day after the parcel is delivered. Damaged product photos should be sent to customerservice@stellacanada.com. Nutribar.com will pay for a return’s shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if we sent you the wrong product. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
